Chimichurri is a tasty cold sauce for meat (are added usually on top of the meat piece by serving) that can also be used as a marinade for grilled. The sauce is originally from Argentina but is also commonly used in Mexico and other countries in South America.
This is my version of Chimichurri which I use fresh chili, You can also use dried ground if you prefer. The strength depends on what to use for chili and even how much. It's just to test with different chilisorter as Habanero, Jalapeno, Serrano or Jalapeno until you find your favorite.
