Habanero Viet Nam on the balcony!

Today was one of my “Habanero Viet Nam” come out on the balcony in some Penumbral, I'm going to have some plants even on my balcony. But it must be inside at night. I planted it in a pot for outdoor use, Yes a sturdier pot and saucer. A bit at the bottom and rosjord leca then and a little chicken manure pellets in the bottom of the pot then it was just to put down the plant and water the.

Remember to protect your plants for direct sun the first time they get visstas out, they have to get used to the bright light of the Sun. Sun damage showing itself as white spots on the leaves. They have no shady spot so you can cover the plant with a piece of filter cloth when the Sun is strongest.

Take care of your chiliplantor, keep in mind that most come from regions with tropical climate and do not tolerate cold as good. Do you want to be sure that they're going to feel good, you should take them over night until the natttempeaturen stabilizes. It can still be very cold at night in our elongated country.

Get your plants to be out during the day?

I would have liked to have had my plants out there now in days when we in NV Skåne had 28 (C) during the day and 15 (C) at night, but with the unsettling heavy wind so I dare not expose my tender plants for the.

What do you mean by “until the night temperature stabilized”, someone special outside temperature you go after?

      Hi!
I believe that right now, turn night temperature pretty much. If I look at the forecast ahead so will nattempen to be between 6 – 8 degrees in my area and it is not a good temperature for chili. At midsummer usually it stabilise and not swing as much as it does now and then even the risk of night frost not that big so it wont be a good time to put out their chiliplantor. The lowest night temperature should not be below 15 degrees if you want the plants to feel good. At all for large temperature fluctuations between day and night so there is a great risk that the seedlings lose all of their flowers and has real bad luck so can cause plant inge gives some fruits at all this season.

    Hi!
A follow-up question (now that the temperature during the day in NV Skåne is around 16 c), the lowest temperature, leave your chiliplantor be left outdoors during the day?

      Hi Magura!
My plants, has bar two that are currently allowed to stand on the balcony, the rest are in the basement under lights. They may be out when it's over 18 degrees below the temperature so they feel better indoor. I hope to be able to put out all my plants in greenhouses around Midsummer.
