My Mexican spice mix. Perfect for summer grilling party!

I do my own spices but locally-grown chillies and other spices. To make your own spice is both fun and good and easy.

My Mexican spice contains the following.

Chili Dorset Naga, ground cumin, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, dried lime zest and a touch of salt and raw sugar.
