  • 6 St Fresh Habanero fruits
  • 4 finely chopped Garlic cloves
  • 1 DL White wine vinegar
  • 4 MSK Honey
  • 1 DL Water, or 1 DL juice Here I use Brämhults Orange carrot ginger Chili
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 2 MSK corn starch, Maizena
  1. Chop the Habanero fruits and garlic finely

  2. Add Habanero fruits and garlic in food processor or blender o mix.

  3. Add the vinegar, honey, water and salt, mix everything into a smooth mass

  4. Pour the mixture into a large saucepan and let it all cook up quickly. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 5 minutes on low heat

  5. Pour back the warm mixture in food processor or blender, process all around 1 minute. Pour back all in saucepan.

  6. Mix the cornstarch into a separate Cup and a tablespoon of water and pour in the simmering mixture, Stir so everything is mixed well.

  7. Let everything simmer for approx. 10 minutes in order to get the right texture, It should be a little viscous. If the sauce becomes too thick, You can add a little more water or juice.

  8. Fill the sauce in well cleaned bottles, way for Cork.

  9. Place the bottles in a mixing bowl or saucepan with cold water so they can cool down fast. Keep in the bottles refrigerator. Shelf life in the refrigerator approximately 2-3 months.

  10. This Hot Sause gets better on the stand and mature one week in a refrigerator. Do you want a milder Hot Sause just take 2 Habanero fruits and increase the amount of water or juice.
