My Cayenne plant börjag get ripe fruits.

Chili Cayenne gets its name from the city “Cayenne” in French Guiana where it probably originated. Cayenne is a rather ordinary chili with a strength of about. 30,000 – 50,000 SHU.

This chili, I usually make do by toka and powder to use in my spice mixes. The plant I have this year have grown very well even if the weather be not so good. The fruits are now beginning to mature as it is soon time to harvest the red fruits and then hang them up to dry.
