Dry chili!

I usually wipe almost the whole of my little chiliskörd by wood on threads and hang them up in the kitchen where we have good air circulation but cannot with chilisorter who has thicker flesh for the rot/mould quite easily.

So now I've got me a desiccator (food dehydrator) the dry chillies with heat and air, There is a fan in the desiccator. You can regulate the temperature between 35 – 70 degrees. If you have thicker chillies that is best if you split them into two pieces.
