Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion is a cross between the Bhut Jolokia, Trinidad Scorpion. Bright red and rose-colored Trinidad Scorpion is used to bring out the cool peach fruit.
The seed for this chili I bought from Jim Duffy on Refining Fire Chiles, United States.
I have not tasted on any fruit than when I let them hang left a week after they have changed color. They ripen from light green to this gentle persikofärg.
